Shukur is a service recognition, engagement and financial inclusion ecosystem built for the UAE’s service economy. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, we connect people and businesses through appreciation, technology and everyday services.
We bring connected devices, digital payments and workforce engagement tools together, making it easier for customers to recognise, tip, rate and review great service. Our tools help businesses understand customer feedback, support their teams and deliver more consistent service.
Bank accounts and debit cards are provided by ruya Community Islamic Bank, bringing access to everyday banking into the Shukur experience.

Our story
It started with a familiar moment.
Someone delivers great service. You want to leave a tip, but you have no cash.
That moment revealed a wider opportunity: to make appreciation easier to give, connect feedback to the person behind the service, and help businesses recognise the contributions of their teams.
